The topography is uniquely gentle on most of the property. Quail habitat could easily be developed for hunting without the typical exertion of walking hills in the piedmont. There are 3 small farm ponds and a stocked 1.5 acre fishing pond. Opportunities for game patches and stand locations are endless.

The east boundary of the property is a beautiful 10,000’ stretch of Sandy River.
